Getting a library card

The Resource Library is open and free to the public. All you need is a library card, which you can obtain by filling out and returning the application form.

You will need to present the following with your application:

• One official form of photo ID
• Proof of residency in Miami-Dade
• Credit card information (to be kept securely on file and used only in the event of overdue, lost or damaged items)
• Children under the age of 17 need parental consent to obtain a library card.

Replacement cards cost $5. Please notify the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen.
