Teachers at the United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education are highly trained, and all have, at the very least, a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related specialization. Assistant teachers have earned, at minimum, an associate’s degree in the same field. Research shows that children taught by teachers with specialized degrees will score higher on language tests and are more self-confident. For this reason, we pride ourselves in having the best minds in the field educating our children.
